  • Leena Pasanen

    Leena Pasanen She led for 4 years the European Documentary Network, an organization with over 1,000 members, that is involved in organizing all the major events on the continent and which publishes DOX, the only European journal of documentary film. Since 2009, she has become a commissioning editor at YLE, the Finnish public television, one of the main players in the co-production of documentary films market.
    Leena comes at One World Romania for the 3rd year as one of the tutors of the documentary production workshop.


  • Stefano Tealdi

    Stefano Tealdi He has been for the past 13 years the leader of Documentary in Europe, the main education and networking organization for documentary in Italy. He is the development director at the Stefilm company (Italy) and has produced, since 1988, numerous award- winning international co-productions worldwide.
    Stefano comes at One World Romania for the 3rd year as one of the tutors of the documentary production workshop. 


  • Maciej Nowicki

    Maciej Nowicki He is a co-founder and the Director of the International Film Festival WATCH DOCS. Human Rights in Film in Warsaw, which is currently one the biggest human rights film festivals in Europe. He has also co-founded and is presently the Vice-President of the Board of the foundation Social Institute of Film, a foundation that has the aim of promoting engaged documentary filmmaking, especially in Central and Eastern Europe.


  • Shaun Farrington

    Shaun Farrington He is the founder and sole Director of ZEALOT which was started 20 years ago from its base in Australia.  ZEALOT is a full service creative marketing company working with distributors, sales agents, producers, broadcasters and production companies to create award-winning motion picture and television marketing campaigns. Recent commissions include The Kings Speech, Blue Valentine, Rubber, Submarine, Animal Kingdom, Inglorious Basterds, I’ve Loved You So Long, Man on Wire, A Single Man, Freakanomics, Food Inc and Valentino.
    Shaun held lectures at The National Film School (UK), La Femis (French National Film School) and PWSFTviT (Polish National Film School).
    Shaun comes at One World Romania as one of the tutors of the documentary production seminar.


  • Wai Hnin Pwint Thon

    Wai Hnin Pwint Thon She is a campaign officer in the London-based Burma Campaign UK.. She is the eldest daughter of Mya Aye, one of the organizers of the 1988 pro democracy uprising in Burma. He was arrested again along with Min Ko Naing and Ko Ko Gyi because of his involvement in the demonstrations in August 2007 and is currently detained, serving a 65-year sentence.


  • Eva Homolkova

    She studied Civil sector studies at the Charles University in Prague. She worked for Civil Society Development Foundation, which was supporting the development of various NGOs in the Czech Republic during the transformation period. Since 2007 she has been working with People in Need (PIN), focusing firstly on multicultural educational programmes and then on human rights programmes. Since 2009 she works in the Human Rights and Democracy section on projects that support the Burmese pro-democracy movement. In 2009 and partly 2010 she has worked in Thailand on a capacity building project of Burmese organizations based at the Thai/Burma border. Since February 2011 she is the Head of Burma projects of PIN.
